Return & Refund Policy
All orders can be canceled until delivery. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us immediately! Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, the order can not be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, if you want a refund, you can request one.
If you have not received the product within the guaranteed time (45 days without treatment from 2 to 5 days), you can request a refund or a referral. If you have received a wrong item, you can request a refund or referral. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
Do not send your purchase to trendywomanshop.com if we do not allow it to do so.
